Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all orders via Canada Post Standard Shipping.

$20 flat rate for orders under $150

Free shipping on orders over $150

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@estyemilyyyc.com

If your item is damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can assess the situation and help make it right.

If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Canada Post to locate it and offer next steps, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
